We review the four pages where Shopify stores win or lose sales: the homepage, the collection page, the product page and the cart, on desktop and mobile. You get annotated layouts in Figma and a priority list of fixes your team can ship before Black Friday. Black Friday pricing: $199 instead of $350 for stores that book by November 9, 2026.

Every recommendation comes as a layout your team can build from. The audit separates fixes that fit before Black Friday from changes that need a longer timeline, so nothing risky goes live during your busiest week.
Annotated layouts in Figma
Before and after layouts for all four pages, with every change marked directly on the design.
Desktop and mobile
Each page is reviewed on both. Phones bring seven in ten retail visits during the holiday season.
Expected effect for every change
A short note on what each change fixes and whether it should lift conversion rate or order value.
Priority list
Fixes ranked by impact and effort, split into what to ship before Black Friday and what to plan for after it.
Walkthrough call
A call with our team to go through the findings and answer questions from your developers or marketers.
Six findings from a luxury menswear resale store running on Shopify
Homepage hero with no clear next step
One product photo and a single Shop Now button. We added Shop Men and Shop Women entry points right in the hero.
Trust details buried below the fold
Authenticity, shipping and returns were mentioned only in the footer. We moved them into a trust bar under the hero.
Crowded filter toolbar
All filters sat in one row above a long product feed. We added quick category filters and a cleaner sort and filter bar.
Key product details hidden in tabs
Size guide, shipping and returns were collapsed far from the button. We grouped them with price and Add to Bag.
Add to Bag lost on long pages
Shoppers had to scroll back up to buy. We added a sticky purchase bar with size selection and the price.
Generic cart drawer
The drawer ended with a plain Buy button. We added an order summary, Complete the Look and a Secure Checkout button with trust messages.

Shopify brands that want more sales from the traffic they already get
Brands preparing for Black Friday
Stores that want to fix what costs them sales before the busiest week of the year, without a full redesign.
Stores with traffic but low conversion
Brands that already pay for traffic and see visitors leave before checkout.
Fashion and beauty brands
Most stores we audit belong to fashion and apparel brands and beauty and cosmetics brands, where product pages and trust drive the purchase.
Shopify Plus merchants
Stores on Shopify Plus get the same review, and the implementation quote can cover checkout changes as well. Larger changes become part of our custom Shopify development work after the season.

⏱ The audit covers four pages: the homepage, a collection page, a product page and the cart, on desktop and mobile. You get annotated before and after layouts in Figma, a note on the expected effect of every change, a priority list and a walkthrough call. The price is $199 for stores that book by November 9, 2026, and $350 after that.
The audit is delivered within 3 business days after booking. A store that books on November 9 gets its results by November 12, with time left to ship fixes before Black Friday on November 27.
⏱ Yes, for targeted changes. Most stores freeze their theme about a week before Black Friday, which leaves a few weeks for fixes such as trust messages near the Add to Cart button, a sticky purchase bar on mobile or a clearer cart summary. Last year Black Friday brought $11.8 billion in US online sales, up 9.1% year over year, according to Adobe Analytics.
No. The audit reviews the live store, so the store URL is enough to start. Analytics from previous sales help prioritize the pages and devices with the most traffic, but they are optional.
Shopify stores that ship conversion fixes typically see conversion rate grow by 5 to 15% and average order value by 5 to 12% within four to five weeks, which adds up to 10 to 20% more revenue per visitor. Clean Commit, a Shopify CRO agency, reports an average 14% conversion lift and 11% revenue per visitor lift in the first month of work. For a store that made $100,000 last Black Friday, a 10% conversion lift and an 8% order value lift mean about $119,000 from the same traffic.
Results depend on traffic, catalog and how many changes ship. In a published A/B test for NuFace, a free shipping message placed above the shop button increased orders by 90% and average order value by 7.3%. A Google and Deloitte study found that mobile pages loading 0.1 seconds faster raised retail conversion rates by 8.4%.
Compare this year’s Black Friday with last year’s, not with a regular week in October. Shopify data puts the average Black Friday conversion rate at 5.86%, against 2.8% across the rest of the year, so any store looks better during the sale. Revenue per visitor is the most reliable metric, because a change can raise conversion rate while lowering order value.
Yes. SPLIT Development is a Shopify development agency and can ship the recommended changes on your theme. Implementation is quoted after the audit and scheduled before your pre-sale code freeze.
